– Tickets cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded once purchased. All sales are final.
– In case the customer canceled before we didn’t purchase and deliver the tickets, they
can receive a full refund.

– If the customer canceled a week in advance they can get a 70% refund
– If the customer canceled 3 days in advance they can get a 40% refund
– Last-minute bookings can’t be canceled and they aren’t refundable once purchased.
